A dedicated Event Manager is included with your event to help everything run smoothly on the day.

For events outside regular office hours, an additional fee of €55 ex VAT per hour applies.

After the event, you will receive an invoice from Startup Village for the event. Please share your billing details with your event manager so we can make sure everything is processed smoothly.

NOTE: In most cases the catering and additional technical support will be booked and paid directly by you with our trusted partners.
