Are you curious about how science works? During Science Day at Amsterdam Science Park, everyone – from 6 to 106 years old – can take a look behind the scenes.
Be surprised by exciting experiments, captivating lectures, tours, and demonstrations. Discover the many themes and techniques that researchers here work on daily. This year's theme is "How does it work...?". We'll try to explain this through experiments, demonstrations, and lectures that you can experience and attend for yourself.
Six organizations will open their doors and each present their own program: AMOLF, ARCNL, CWI, NIKHEF, and UVA-FNWI. Together, they create an inspiring journey of discovery for all ages. Science Day Amsterdam Science Park is part of the national Weekend of Science.

On Wednesday, October 8, 2025, AIC4NL and TTT-AI will once again organize an AI Investor Matchmaking Event, within walking distance of the World Summit AI @Hembrugterrein. We will bring together promising AI startups and investors from the Netherlands and surrounding countries.
Who should attend this event?
For knowledge-intensive startups that are actively innovating with AI ("Novel AI") and are looking for:(pre)-seed investments | series A investments
This event is not for startups that apply readily available AI without further innovation and/or development.
What can you expect? The presence of approximately 15 investors, including European partners, for one-on-one matchmaking sessions: 5 rounds of 20 minutes each. You will have the opportunity to directly discuss your growth plans and AI solution with relevant investors. Among comfirmed investors are LUMO Labs, Curiosity VC, and Keen.

During this workshop Dennis Huizing, entrepreneur and funding expert, will share lessons from his 95+ successful funding round, the strategies that improve your odds, the timing of when to raise, the types of investors to approach, and the terms to consider (valuation, preferred rights, etc.). He will also draft a first-pass funding roadmap you can use for your startup, with potential dilution factored in.
