During this AI in Health hub lunch, we kicked off the 2023 season by inviting various interesting experts! These were Peter Krijnsen (supervisory board Roessing), Gerty Holla (Lead Health Economic Board), Boris Polm (Project manager MedtechPartners), and Guido Duijzers & Jorrit van den Berg (Active Collective) who worked on the PICTURE project.

They were eager to share their knowledge and network with the room, which lead to some interesting discussions and new connections being made!

During this session, Public Eyes provided a hands-on workshop about PR and branding strategy, as well as explained several best practices for telling your story. After this session, the audience left knowing exactly how to communicate their brand to customers, partners, and (potential) investors!

In this cozy setting, Evangelos from Ellogon.ai explained all about how Ellogon was founded and where they are now.

During this AI in Health hub lunch, Mindy from Spaarne Labs explained all about how they deal with startups (and implement experiments). After, Roosmarijn & Ditte presented Co+Start, a new way of connecting with doctors for startups.

During this day, several funding parties in healthcare (Health Innovations, Sira Incentives, and Rockstart) explained what they look for in startups and how to get funded by them.

Ruben Boyd (business developer AI in Health at IXA), explained more about how the AUMC deals with optimization & innovation in their processes.

NVIDIA works at the forefront of technical innovations. One of the focus areas, is healthcare. This session provided an overview of novel technologies that Healthtech startups can use.

During this lunch, Clarisa Sánchez, full professor in AI in Health, talked about her work for the qurAI group (Quantitative Healthcare Analysis) & the AI for Oncology lab from ICAI.

In this session, Frans van Andel provided more information about market access for AI in Health startups and how reimbursements play an important role in this sector.
